Polyfunctional building Ferianc - Martin

The new polyfunctional building is situated in the street Osloboditeľov in Martin.
The client´s plan was to build a building of various ways and possibilities of use:
- a pharmacy on the ground floor
- two flat units in the attic with se- parate accesses
- free office spaces in the remai- ning part of the building with the layout designed in a way to enable their use by several subjects.
The architectonic design of the building was based on respecting neighbouring buildings so as its overall impression was in harmony with the surrounding built-up area.
