The building is situated in the industrial zone of the town of Vrútky between the railway and the river bed of Váh, in the street Dielenská Kružná.
Considering the nature as well as gradualness of the construction, it was divided into:
- production shop annexed to the existing shop
- office building

Designed area:
- production shop - 427 m2
- office building - 180 m2
