- main gatehouse - 272.0 m2
- supply gatehouse - 41.3 m2
- waste storage area - 243.0 m2

Designed area Stage II:
- production and storage facility - 37, 258.4 m2
- office building - 9, 985.7 m2
- technical building - 2, 524.6 m2
