The logistics center is located in the southeastern part of the industrial site Mobis Slovakia in the village Gbeľany. The centre is used for storing materials, components and finished products, which are necessary for the assembly of products and modules for cars and are produced in the industrial site Mobis Slovakia. A part of the building is also open warehouse pallets and storage of waste.
The building is designed as a single-storey hall with a two-storey inbuilt and two single-storey masonry inbuilts.
