Cortizo - Nová Baňa (2021)

The project addresses the subsequent permitting of the reconstruction and extension of an existing manufacturing complex in order to increase production capacity and surface treatment of aluminum profiles. The project includes new technological equipment—a pressing line and a vertical powder coating line—as well as an expansion of employee facilities.

Project scope:
SO-01 – extension of the production and warehouse hall including changing rooms, cafeteria, and technical facilities
SO-40-02 – extension of the powder coating storage, dispatch materials warehouse, and the fire suppression system machinery room
Modifications of existing halls SO-30-01 and SO-40-01, including replacement of technologies

Extension of internal engineering utilities and paved areas within the site

Three-shift operation with an increase in capacity by approximately 30 employees
Connection to existing sewerage, water supply, gas, and electricity networks
Expanded parking area with 24 parking spaces
Built-up area of the extension: 18,675 m²
