DSV Voderady (2023)

The DSV Logistics Center in Senec is a modern complex designed for efficient warehousing and distribution. The project includes the construction of two large-capacity halls – for short-term and long-term storage – including a three-storey administrative building.

Scope of the project:
Warehouse hall – cross-docking facility intended for fast handling and sorting of consignments, connected to the administrative section
Administrative building – a three-storey structure providing operational management of logistics
Warehouse hall – intended for long-term storage using racking systems
Technology building – fire water tank and sprinkler system pump room

Number of employees: 365 (two- and three-shift operation)
Parking: 175 spaces for passenger vehicles (including EV and disabled parking), 25 spaces for trucks
Traffic solution: one-way internal site traffic, controlled entry/exit
Total site area: 142,670 m²
Built-up area of buildings: 60,899 m²
Paved areas: 38,162 m²
