Hyundai Dymos Žilina (2014/2015)

Hyundai Dymos Slovakia s.r.o. is part of the Hyundai Dymos Inc. group and is a major global supplier in the field of automotive seat manufacturing and assembly. Due to the increasing demand for its products, the company decided to expand its production capacities on the European market and to locate new production facilities also in the Slovak Republic. From this production plant, automotive seats will be supplied to the KIA manufacturing plant in Žilina.

The automotive seat assembly and manufacturing plant (production hall SO 001) can be divided into a section for the production of PUR foam fillings, including decanting and storage of input raw materials, storage of PUR fillings, and the associated auxiliary operations located in mezzanine A. The second part of the hall accommodates the assembly of automotive seats, an automated dispatch warehouse including loading of finished products, and storage areas for incoming parts and components. A separate section is formed by the administrative building and the main gatehouse.

The architectural expression of the exterior of the buildings corresponds to the character of the production and administrative functions located in an industrial zone.
