Mobis Nováky (2024)

The subject of the project documentation is the construction of a new manufacturing plant for the production of electric motors for electric vehicles for the Hyundai Group. The site will feature one main monoblock building comprising production, technical, and administrative facilities. In terms of massing and color scheme, the building will be adapted to the existing Nováky Industrial Park.

The complex will also include auxiliary buildings such as gatehouses for freight transport as well as for employees and visitors. Areas for short-term waste storage and waste compaction will be located within the site.
