Strategic park preparation Nitra (2016)

Comprehensive preparation of a strategic industrial park on an area of 497 hectares, originally used exclusively for agricultural purposes. The project included the design and coordination of functional external infrastructure and professional technical support to the state during negotiations with strategic investors.

The scope of work comprised the preparation of basic development concepts, review and verification of spatial planning documentation, design works related to the withdrawal of land from the agricultural land fund, engineering activities for obtaining building permits, and the performance of author’s supervision during the construction of external infrastructure. Railway projects and the intermodal terminal were implemented separately under the responsibility of Railways of Slovak republic.
