The project addresses activities related to the separation of input material into solid and liquid components, compost maturation and intermediate storage areas, and construction modifications of the existing facility. The project also includes technological equipment TO 05 of the EFFECO production process – modification of the existing installation and the addition of drying equipment, a filtration unit, and reinstallation in a new space, as well as a separation line.

TO 04 – Technology of the Research and Development Center includes equipment partially located outdoors, namely drying, crushing, disintegration, weighing, hoppers, storage bins, a comprehensive conveyor system, and a press.
The site will also include container-based technology for dry fermentation with CNG (BIO) production, for which a separate building permit has been issued.
The architectural expression of the exterior of the buildings corresponds to the current character of production and warehouse halls implemented in the region.
